The hotel sector is researching how to use this technology in their operations as well. AI is currently being utilized for in-person customer service, data analysis operating in the background, catboats acting as online reservation systems and front desk concierge robots. The way AI is displayed and how it impacts the user varies depending on the application. We can examine in detail the effects of employing various AI technologies in hotels on both business and customer ratings by collecting input from past guests of the hotels we have selected.
